 Great service for this product that I continually use. I am fully aware that it is a discontinued item and have purchased from you through Amazon before. Each time it arrives on time and in tact. I have dealt with other distributors before and when the product arrives it is not of the high quality and their responses to my questions have been unprofessional to say the least. This is to recognize the outstanding service of Barb. After I placed my order, I realized I forgot something. Sent email asking if I could add to the order. Got a quick reply from Barb that I could, but got delayed adding to the order until after it was already processed. Thank you Stuff4Beauty, being able to purchase Matrix products is great. Even guys like good looking hair. My wife uses Matrix products also and her hair looks great.  I found Stuff4Beauty on the internet and was thrilled to find they carried the product I have been looking for the last 3 years, and could not find it stocked anywhere. It was pricey for a small 4.2 oz jar, but I liked the product so much that I did purchase it. I was very pleased with the fast delivery time, but I would have waited a few more days and not have paid so much in shipping. There was not an option when buying on line. I would liked to have paid ground shipping instead of priority. |
