Important to read this before filling out the tracking form:

This form is for tracking your order only if you are in the USA 48 states and it has been 10 business days since your order was placed. All orders are shipped through UPS using their ground service. Tracking numbers generally are entered into our system in 8-10 business days. Thank-you for your patience.

All orders are sent a confirmation of order within a few minutes of ordering.

Most products advertised on this site are in stock. Often you will receive your order within 5-6 days of ordering, but not always. Some products do take longer, so please allow 1 - 7 days for your order to be shipped from our location - and then, please allow 4-7 additional days for the package to arrive after it has been shipped.

This means allow at least 3-8 business days for your order to arrive and sometimes a bit longer before using this form to track your order.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. Tracking is NOT an option for International orders or orders less than 10 business days old at this time. International order tracking will not be addressed.
