Hair Care Tip #1

Have you seen your doctor lately?

I am sure you have been told over the years that you need to eat right in order to maintain your body’s healthy and stay in proper shape. Once again, You are being told the same old thing, If you want your hair healthy than you need to give it the proper vitamins and nutrients in order to do so.

The nutrients and vitamins that you take into your body have effects upon the hair. Without eating the proper foods you will need to look for other ways to provide those things your hair is in need of. That is one reason why it is so important to know what the Shampoo and Conditioner that you use contains in the ingredients.  As with all food, each shampoo and conditioner carry different types and mounts of each vitamin and each nutrient, causing the need to be sure to read ingredients or follow the advice of your Professional Hair Stylist.

Just like the doctor that we rush off to when something is hurting or causing us trouble, such as eyes we visit an Optometrist, Feet we see a Podiatrist, Teeth we visit a Dentist, or Hair we should visit our personal Professional Hair Stylist.  Each of these has been trained to know and recognize things from appearance, touch and listening.  Find out what your hair needs and follow the directions to regaining or maintaining your health of your hair.

Talking Hair Comes to Life in 2009

July 29th, 2009

Is your hair talking to you?

People throughout the world spend more money on their hair than anything else. Yet, people fail to consider the fact that their hair gets more exposure than anything else on the body. Think about it.

We visit the eye doctor once a year. We purchase glasses or contact lens as needed. We go to the dentist at least once a year, with some of us needing to be seen every six months but we follow the dentist recommendations for their dental needs.

If you listen you will hear.

Each and everyone should take time to listen to our hair. Hair does talk. Maybe it does not have a mouth, but it has texture, shine, and bounce. It will say feed me and do not become a neglectful person that neglects to provide food and vitamins.

Abuse ends with one choice protect or lose It.

During the summer months we take special care to keep a sunscreen on us to stop our skin for getting damaged. How many of us use sunscreen for our hair? Most people would not even think about the sun damaging the hair. There is so much we need to do just to maintain our hair, not to mention what needs to be done to fix the damage that has been caused.
