I like the way my hair looks when I curl it. Problem is that I have fine, thin, straight hair and when I curl it, the curls fall out within a few hours. I was amazed when I used this gel before curling my hair. The curls stayed in till the next day when I had to shower. It made my hair a little stiff(not too much)but I didn't mind cause my curls stayed in.

Most people seem to think that if you have naturally curly hair you need to put a soft hair gel or mousse in it to make it soft. --Wrong!! I have really curly hair and this is the best product I have ever used. It is a very strong gel, but it does not make my hair hard. My hair is still soft, but controlled. I have tried everything on the market for years (as far as hair gel) and when I discovered Redken 16, I refuse to try anything else. This is the best!!
